Skylark Aerial Imaging is a professional drone-based service. We operate under a CAA Permission for Commercial Operations (PFCO) and are fully insured. We have worked for a wide range of high-profile clients in TV, Commercial Video, Commercial Stills Photography and Scientific Surveys. Clients include: BBC TV, ITV Drama, Channel 4, Channel 5, Discovery Channel, Canon Europe, Nissan, Toyota, Natural England, Strutt and Parker and Worldwide Fund for Nature (WWF).

Aerial Video
We have five years experience of shooting aerial video, both single and dual operator. Our camera operators come from TV and commercial video backgrounds and are familiar with a wide range of equipment. We have the capability to lift a wide range of cameras up to Alexa Mini or Canon C200 sized units. Video production and editing is also available.

Aerial Stills Photography
We can shoot and process stills to a very high level, using DSLRs or even medium format cameras. For smaller jobs we have a variety of drones to suit all applications. Among our stills clients are estate agents, private schools and large corporations.

3D Mapping and Modelling
With a background in science and environmental work, we are ideally placed to help with 3D mapping and modelling work. We have worked on a large 3D geological mapping project in a mountainous region of Spain for Imperial College and have successfully 3D modelled a variety of buildings, and archeological sites. Modern photogrammetry techniques make the process straightforward and accurate, particularly with the addition of ground-control points.

We are responsive and innovative, so if you have an idea for an aerial project, please get in touch to discuss it. We have experience in modifying drones to carry different payloads and in the use of autonomous flight planning and execution.
